When you contact us. If you reach out through our contact form, we collect your name, phone number, and email address.

When you become a client. If you engage our services, we collect additional information needed to plan and book your trip (such as travel dates, preferences, and accommodation details), along with payment information processed through our payment provider, Stripe.

When you browse our site. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This tool may collect information such as your IP address, device type, and browsing behavior on our site. This data is only collected with your consent; see our Cookie Notice below.

• To plan, book, and manage your trip if you become a client

• To process payment for our services

• To understand and improve how our website performs, and to measure our marketing (only where you've consented)

 

4. Legal basis for processing

• Contact form data: processed to take steps you've requested, ahead of a possible transaction with you.

• Client and payment data: processed to perform our transaction with you, and where relevant, to meet our legal obligations (such as tax and accounting records).

• Analytics and marketing data: processed based on your consent, given through our cookie banner. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

 

5. Who we share your information with

• Stripe: processes your payment information to complete transactions.

• Google Analytics: receives limited browsing data, only if you've consented to analytics cookies.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, in any way, and never will.

Stripe and Google are based in the United States. Where your information is transferred there, it is protected under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, to which both companies self-certify.

7. How long we keep your information

• Contact form inquiries: kept only as long as needed to respond to you, unless you become a client.

• Client and payment records: kept for as long as required under Greek tax and accounting law.

• Analytics data: retained according to Google's and Meta's standard retention periods, as governed by your cookie consent settings.

Wherever you're visiting from, you have the right to: Access the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your information, restrict or object to how we use it, receive your information in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time (for anything based on consent).
